SPEC is pleased to announce that it has been selected to provide Active Radio Frequency Identification solutions on for the Department of Defense’s $429M Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) RFID III Contract.

solutions for the DoD, the Federal Government and U.S. allies.

About the contract:  RFID-III contracts will provide interoperable ISO/IEC 18000-7:2008 compliant active RFID hardware, software, documentation, and, services to authorized users worldwide. Services include training, warranty and maintenance services, and technical engineering services (TES). The contract has a base period of three years with two option years for the ordering of hardware, software, documentation, consumables and TES.  There are options for five additional years for ordering maintenance on the contract.
